I just received back from PSA the last 6 cards of my 1952 Topps Phillies Team set! I completed it a little bit ago but I wanted to scan them all together! This is my oldest completed 'set' of any kind and it looks quite nice together. Check out all 20 cards in order !!
I am making serious progress through the 1950s Phillies team sets! Go Vintage Go! Whats your oldest team set? It took me about a year to track down the high number cards at an affordable price.

Wow, great work! I need to tackle the Red Sox '52 set one of these days, I think I have the '53 Topps Red Sox team set nearly done if not already done, and that would be my oldest...
ReplyDeleteAwesome - I doubt I will ever finish that one - maybe if I set a goal of 2 Hi #s a year, I could get there. I think my oldest Topps team set is the 1956 Phils - which isn't to hard to put together. I defintely have a full 59 Topps set.
ReplyDeleteI do have a complete 1948 Bowman Phils set. If you want a complete Phils Bowman set, that is the one to build - look into it and you will see why.
